Spa Policy

The following policies are those in place at OHM Thai Massage.

 

On Arrival

 

We ask that clients arrive at OHM Thai Massage 10 minutes before the time of their appointment. This is so that you can answer a few questions on our enrolment form. These are about your daily life and general health and will highlight any health or medical issues we need to know about.

 

Pregnant women attending for a massage or clients with specific medical needs should inform our receptionist on arrival.

 

OHM Thai Massage operates between the hours of 10 am to 9 pm, and we will do our best to find a time slot that is convenient for you.

​Our Massage Therapists

 

Qualified and trained therapists will perform your OHM Thai Massage. We select our operatives carefully and only employ the best in the field.

 

If you feel uncomfortable during the massage, please do not hesitate to explain, and we assure you that the therapist will attend to any needs and requirements you personally request. If the pressure of the massage is not to your liking, the therapist will alter the method. Please also confirm that you are happy with the room temperature, as this can be altered upon request.

Post-Massage Advice

​

Your massage will involve the application of oils to the skin. Once you have enjoyed your massage, we recommend that the oils are left on your skin for two hours before showering. Your skin will absorb the oils so you can experience the healing properties they bring to the massage.

Late Arrivals and Other Policies

 

We understand that there are outside influences that can impact your arrival time. OHM Thai Massage will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but be aware it could impact on treatment time. Please try your best to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, and where possible, inform us in advance of your impending late arrival.

 

Our mobile phone policy is that they should be muted or switched off at all times and that they are not permitted in our massage rooms or other suites. A massage is best performed in peace and quiet and in a relaxed atmosphere. For this reason, children are not permitted to accompany adults in the treatment rooms.

 

While we are sure you will not be affected by this policy, please understand that our therapists have the right to refuse treatment or end the session early if the behavior of a client is unacceptable to them. Please follow the therapist's instructions throughout so you can enjoy your massage.

​Our Policy Regards Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you do so with at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee if a client fails to cancel within this time. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the total cost of the treatment. No refunds can be given for products or packages purchased from us.
